I was just talking with someone today about an older home here in North Dakota that had a ground heating system installed recently. I really love the idea of being able to revamp/recycle older homes to become more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. I haven’t read the list, but I wonder if something similar could be done for first-time homebuyers getting into an older home and then making it their own as time goes on.

Okay, now that I’ve commented, I’m going to go look at the list. Thanks for an intriguing post.
